1. Service Requirements

HB Mobile Car Detailing is a mobile service. The customer must provide:

Access to a working water hookup (outdoor spigot or hose).

Access to the vehicle during the scheduled appointment.

We bring all detailing tools, cleaning products, and power equipment.
2. Vehicle Condition

Prices listed are based on vehicles in average condition.

Heavily soiled vehicles (excessive pet hair, mud, stains, trash, etc.) may incur an extra fee or require an upgraded package.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is unsafe to work on or beyond normal detailing standards.
3. Payment & Booking

Payment is due upon completion of the service (cash, Venmo, or other approved method).

A $25 deposit may be required for certain bookings to hold your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Less than 24-hour notice may result in a $25 cancellation fee.

4. Weather Policy

In the event of extreme weather (rain, snow, high winds, or freezing temperatures), appointments may need to be rescheduled for safety and quality reasons.

We’ll contact you promptly to arrange a new time.
5. Liability

HB Mobile Car Detailing is not responsible for:
-
Pre-existing damage (scratches, stains, rust, or clear coat failure).

Items left inside the vehicle.
-
Mechanical or electrical issues (power windows, locks, etc.) that malfunction during normal cleaning.

We take every precaution to protect your vehicle, but services are performed at the customer’s risk.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work — if you’re not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address any issues.

Corrections or touch-ups after 24 hours may require an additional service fee.
7. Photos & Marketing
-
We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes.
-
We will never share license plates or personal information in photos.
-
If you’d prefer no photos be taken, please let us know before the service begins.
